PLUG AND PLAY

CALIBRATION
The table is calibrated by setting each corner at the appropriate height using plastic manipulators rotated 360′.
To facilitate the positioning of the platform, a LIDAR laser scanner was used, which operates with an accuracy of 0.06 mm. As the height of a given corner of the platform changes, the distance between the platform and the head is displayed on the screen.
OVERLAY
The platform heats up to 150 ‘C in less than 4 minutes. The removable cover made of stainless steel allows you to quickly remove the print without removing the clips or performing other activities, just grab the handle and pull the cover.
The handle of the cover is separated by a geometric pattern, which prevents the handle from heating up.
FILAMENT
The Crixus SX300 printer allows you to print in many materials available on the market. The pockets can accommodate from the smallest spools to 2 kg rolls with a diameter of 30 cm

HEPA FILTER
The printer is equipped with a HEPA filter. Simple assembly and disassembly system, just grab the filter housing and pull it.
CAMERA
Thanks to the camera installed in the chamber, you can track the printing progress via internet connection. The camera works in Full HD 5 Mpx resolution.
DRONE HUB
DRONE HUB is an application that allows communication with the printer via the internal WI-FI network. The application allows you to add new printers, track the printing progress, and observe the printing process via a webcam. The application also allows you to send models to the printer or remotely update the Firmware or Interface.
