CALIBRATION

The table is calibrated by setting each corner at the appropriate height using plastic manipulators rotated 360′.

To facilitate the positioning of the platform, a LIDAR laser scanner was used, which operates with an accuracy of 0.06 mm. As the height of a given corner of the platform changes, the distance between the platform and the head is displayed on the screen.

OVERLAY

The platform heats up to 150 ‘C in less than 4 minutes. The removable cover made of stainless steel allows you to quickly remove the print without removing the clips or performing other activities, just grab the handle and pull the cover.

The handle of the cover is separated by a geometric pattern, which prevents the handle from heating up.
